Please read the following registration checklist carefully. Then, please affirm that you have read this statement below. *

Please note that you must complete payment of all outstanding fees before the appropriate payment deadline to be considered fully registered. For Early Registrations, payments are due October 10th, 2024, and rates/spots are not guaranteed after. If the payment will be paid by credit card, you may complete that payment through an invoice link that will be sent out to you within 72 hours of registration, enclosed in an accompanying registration confirmation email. If the payment will be paid by wire transfer, we will send you an invoice and wire transfer information. We will incur a 5% processing fee for all payments. Failure to complete payment by the appropriate deadline will incur a late fee of $100 or the adjusted rate for the registration period. Within 72 hours advisors will receive a confirmation email. Refund policies are the following: Before or on October 31, 2024: Full refund on registration fees (excl. processing charges) November 1 - November 30, 2024: 50% refund on registration fees (excl. processing charges) After November 30, 2024: No refund (excl. processing charges) No later than late October, advisors will receive an invitation to the MyMun platform. All delegates must be added through the MyMun platform and complete code of conduct and liability forms. Delegates will be able to indicate committee preferences and apply for advanced committees at this time. They will also be able to purchase lower occupancy rooms not requested during initial registrations. Committee assignments will be released on or before December 1st, 2024. CCMUNCS 2024-25 will be held from January 10th to 12th, 2025 at Hyatt Regency Irvine in Irvine, CA. Please refer to the Hotel Information and Registration section for more details. Please note that the advisor is the primary point of contact. Advisors are responsible for communicating information to their head delegate/student leadership.
